Daniel Bannister
Dan Bannister began his career with DynCorp in 1953 as an Electronics Technician assigned to the company's Field Services Division. In February of 1997 he was named the company's Chairman of the Board having served as president and chief executive officer for the previous 12 years. Headquartered in Reston, Va., DynCorp is a leading technology solutions firm, providing information technology, engineering, management, and technical support services to clients in government and industry worldwide. The company was acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation in 2003.
In addition to his numerous professional activities and accomplishments, Mr. Bannister is very active in a variety of professional associations, community groups and charitable organizations - bringing the same determination and business savvy to bear on these organizations as he has with DynCorp.
Dr. Gerald McNichols
Mac McNichols “helps entrepreneurs grow” through consulting and as a private “angel” investor and philanthropist with over 35 years experience in management and consulting (including financial management and use of metrics and performance management techniques). He has been a CEO and acted as an Advisor to the CEO, COO and/or Director of several middle-market companies, including GRC, Analex, Metier, Magicsoft, and the company he founded, Management Consulting and Research, Inc.
Dr. McNichols has served on: the Corporate Advisory Board of The Institute for the Integration of Management and Engineering (TIIME) of Case Western Reserve University; President of the Rondelay Civic Association; President of the Institute of Cost Analysis; President of the Association of Small, Research & Technology Companies; President of Realty Media, Inc.; Vice President-Administration, and Treasurer of the Military Operations Research Society; Council Member of INFORMS (ORSA); Director, International Society of Parametric Analysts; President, Washington Operations Research Council; Vice-President, GENTECH, Inc.; Special Assistant to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (Resource Analysis); Member of Sigma Xi. Dr. Alvin Nashman
Al Nashman headed the Systems Group of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) for over 27 years. Under his leadership this multi-division organization experienced continued growth with revenues in excess of 1.1 billion dollars (FY 1992). At that time the Systems Group employed over 16,000 persons engaged in providing information technology such as systems integration, systems operations and software development to the Federal government.
Dr. Nashman's extensive professional experience encompasses operations management and the direction of research and development activities in some of the most advanced technologies of communications, electronics and space systems. For his pioneering work and professional achievements he has been recognized as the unofficial "Dean of the Systems Integration Community." Additionally, he directed R&D activities in programs ranging from spread-spectrum communications for satellite communications to military missile guidance systems. Later, as director of operations for ITT Intelcom, he was responsible for the company's role as Systems engineering and technical advisor to the Defense Communications Agency.
Harry Ridenour
Harry Ridenour recently retired from DDL OMNI Engineering as Vice President of Finance and Administration. Prior to this position, Ridenour was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aegis Research Corporation, where he guided the company from a sole-source provider of services into the competitive arena during his ten years with the company. Throughout his career, Ridenour has served in executive level and leadership positions with a variety of technology and engineering firms and he has over eighteen years experience serving both private and public clients with Arthur Andersen & Co, where he was a partner. He serves on the Board of Directors and the Government Affairs Committee of the Professional Services Council and is a member of the National Committee on Government Business of the Financial Executives Institute, the AICPA, and the MDCPA Accounting Principles Committee. Mr. Ridenour is also a Director of Metier Corporation.

Mr. Wills is an active real estate investor and executive in the Washington DC region.
